Delivery
Current Coverage: We currently deliver across the UAE.
Shipping Charges: Standard shipping varies by location. Complimentary delivery may apply on orders above a certain threshold (subject to final launch confirmation).
Delivery Timeline: Most orders dispatch within 2-3 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking: All orders include a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Delivery Exceptions: Remote areas may take longer. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products: For health and safety reasons, certain items (open or used beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics) are non-returnable.
Fragrance Returns: Fragrances must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for return (subject to final policy confirmation).
Jewelry & Adornment: Jewelry items can be exchanged for size or style adjustments within 14 days, provided they are unworn.
Gift Sets: Gift sets follow standard return policies; however, discounted or final-sale gift sets may have restricted returns (details confirmed at checkout).
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
